BACKGROUND: Frozen shoulder is a musculoskeletal disorder resulting from chronic inflammation of the capsule subsynovial layer and characterized with capsular thickening, progressive fibrosis, contracture glenohumeral joint capsule. This condition relatively common that mimics other its management requires deliberate consideration patient’s condition.
 REVIEW ARTICLE: article reviews summarize latest findings frozen shoulder. The diagnosis described patient history, physical examination in look, feel, move sequence to supporting examinations. current evidence managements described, nonoperative surgical approach.
 CONCLUSION: Most cases resolve spontaneously thus conservative treatment should be first choice However, for failed had debilitating effect daily life or history surgery, operative considered. We prospectively studied 50 patients with the diagnosis of primary frozen shoulder. The serum lipid levels were measured in 43 of these patients and compared with those in 43 age-matched and sex-matched control subjects. The fasting serum triglyceride and cholesterol levels were significantly elevated in the frozen-shoulder group (cholesterol p < 0.01; triglyceride p < 0.02).
